I will probably not help ! I have no clue.
I was thinking maybe turkey burgers, noodles of some sort and some veggies.
Such inspiration huh?
Our Wed. nights are breakfast for dinner nights.

Tonight will be sushi, udon noodle soup and some amazingly delishious peaches (if there are any left).

Fri: DH is on the BBQ- probably steak, salmon, grilled corn, potatoes and salad.
