I'm trying really hard to stay with our menu this week. Here's our plan:

Sun: Stuffed Green Peppers, Green Beans & Corn bread
Mon: Chil Dogs, Mac & Cheese, Peas & cantalope
Tue: Roast with Potatoes, carrots & onions
Wed: Either Baked Fish or something with hamburger

Sun: tomato bruschetta, kale ceasar salad, bucatini with oven roasted tomato sauce
Mon: Mexican rice and black beans with corn on the cob
Tues: Savory bread pudding with cheddar cheese and bacon
Weds: Homemade tomato soup with barley and multigrain baguette
Thurs: Tuna sandwiches on panino rolls
Fri: dinner out
Sat: depends on what I find at the farmer's market

Sunday: New cheesy yummy chicken pasta dish (Ava and Wil did not enjoy it) for DH, Mia and myself. Baked chicken, whole wheat pasta for Ava and Wil. Steamed cauliflower and baked apples for everyone else.
Monday: Sunday's leftovers.
Tuesday: Pulled BBQ chicken sandwiches via the crockpot. Steamed broccoli and Alton Brown's mac and cheese.
Wednesday: Tuesday's leftovers.
Thursday: Beef roast with potatoes and carrots in crockpot.
Friday: Yes, once again Thursday leftovers!

I love when I get a 2nd night out of meals.

Sun: Halibut, rice pilaf, cantelope and asparagus. Little DD is not a fish fan yet so she had some left over roast chicken.

Mon: Beef roast w/ potatoes and carrots. I also bought some fresh mangos, pluots, pears, plums and a pineapple for desserts this week.

Tues: Spinach lasagne, garlic toast, salad and fruit.

Wed: Salmon w/pesto sauce, brocolinni, a pasta or rice and fruit.

Thurs: Wafles, chicken apple sausage, scrambled eggs with cut veggies and dip for an appitizer.

Fri: Dinner out for DD1's 10th birthday!!

You''ll have to let us know how the oatmeal bars turn out and share the receipe. If they aren't hard to make and are tasty I'll have to try it out on the kids. I'm thinking something different for breakfast.
