Poor confused DD
earleyml1012 posted:
This morning DH comes into the bathroom as I'm getting ready for work and tells me that he feels bad for DD because she's very upset. Right away I ask if she's had another scary dream that she told DH about. Nope, she had a GREAT dream and actually thought it was real that she was disappointed when she found out it wasn't. Apparently, she thought this morning was her birthday and was heartbroken to find out it wasn't. She even told DH that I said her birthday was, I was a mean mom! By the time she finished her breakfast and came to find me, she was doing much better...never even mentioned this to me. Guess she has some really realistic dreams!
