    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

Take your dad to school day

Today is take your "dad" (or man in your life anyway) to school day at DD's school. We are a Title 1 school and they do a lot to get families involved to improve the kids' success - and today was an effort to get father's into their "Watchdog" program to come volunteer in the school. DH walked DD in today and stayed for the two-hour visit time and I took DS to speech - when I got back I could not believe the number of cars (OK pickup trucks mostly lol) lining the streets of my neighborhood around the school- I have never seen anything like it. THey must have had a phenomenal turnout. I think that is so cool that even in a more disadvantaged area people are showing up and putting in time for their kids. I really love this school she is in.
