My boyfriend has a daughter that is 4 years old and she throws the worst temper tantrums I have ever seen!!
She is not my daughter, but she calls me mommy. To make a long story short, her real mom would get her on the weekends and that has been stopped for 7 months now because of something we were told by the 4 year old. The 4 year old has two older sisters (5 & 7) and her dad and I were told that they (sisters) had touched her inapproprietley. We don't know how long this has gone on for. CPS has gotten involved and the 4 year old is not to see her mom until further notice....its been 7 months. The 4 year old throws tantrums, hits, pulls her hair, bites herself, tears apart her bed, screams at the top of her lungs, throws whatever she can get ahold of. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE ON HOW TO HANDLE THIS? We do not have insurance so taking her to a councilor is out.

She does need to be seen by a pediatrician at least.
