We're just getting into a new routine now that DS is starting to drop his naps completely (I can't believe we made it to 5 years old with naps in tact to begin with).

If he takes a nap, he stays up until 8:30. He gets around 10 hours of sleep plus the nap.

If he doesn't take a nap, bedtime is 7:30 and he gets 11 hours of sleep.

My boys have issues that affect their sleep so we have to try to make sure they get enough or we can have major problems. They need at least 10 hours to function at their best.

On the incredibly rare occasion that Shae does nap, she'll sleep for about 2 hours and then we put her to bed at 8:30 and she normally falls asleep between 9:00 and 9:30.
