My four year old is quite brainy he has learnt alphabets , numbers, rhymes can draw objects can name vegetables fruits objectsmy concern is he does not talk long sentences he uses short phrases to express himself he is energetic sometimes fidgety his adhd test says he is a normal child so why doesnt he talk fluently like other kids

He may need speech therapy. My son was the same way and after being evaluated, started speech therapy when he was 2 and is now 6 and still in therapy.

See your pediatrician for an evaluation.

I agree with the PP. Talk to your pedi or your local school district to see what kind of evaluations they have. One son started speech therapy at 3 and at 8 he is still receiving services.
