We had lice 2 years ago. It was horrible. I would be for this if it works.

Did you have to boil bedding, etc? I'm in fear of the lice! Not so much because of the hair but because of the deep clean you have to do in your house!!!!

I didn't boil it but we turned the hot water tank up and washed everything. We got rid of a lot of stuffed animals then. All of the kids and I had them. I ended up being off of work a week just trying to get rid of them. The kids couldn't go back to school until we had all the nits removed. After 2 days of trying to get them out of the boys hair I finally just shaved it all off.

I wonder though if the schools will change their rules. At our school you have to be nit free. There is a product out there currently that you leave in your hair for 8 hour and it sufficates the lice and the eggs. We used it but then we had to pick all of the nits. If the nurse saw even one the kids were sent home for the day.
