    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

A good friend of mine just took custody over his son while the mother is in rehab and he asked me to be his nanny. Apparently, there was a lot of fighting with boyfriends at the mother's home and I'm pretty sure that has something to do with why he can't sleep at night. Most of the time he tells me he's just not tired yet, but he has told me that when he closes his eyes, he sees things so horrible that he doesn't even want to tell me. I've tried talking to him and comforting him, but nothing really helps. I would love it if someone knew of an herbal recipe that can put him at ease and make him sleep, but any advice is welcome at this point! Thank you for reading!
