    The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

    6yr old daughter diagnosed with uti and fungul rash

    my 6 year old daughter was diagnosed with a uti we are waiting for culture test for proper antibiotics< at least 4 days! she also has a fungus rash around her vagina, the doc gave percrip for nystatin 30GM. applied as directed, it was exstremely painful for my daughter, had to put a ice pack on area so painful. this morning looks way worse like it burnt her skin. she is very uncomfortable itchy and painful. I tried just diaper rash cream on area, diluted monestat. everything is stinging. im not sure what to? motrin seems to help pain for awhile. also wonder about under ware should be sanitized? I use all free and clear. anyone have any suggestions?
