Broken Femur in my 3 year old son!
sajii posted:
My son,who is going to turn 3 in may, slipped in the bathroom and broke the femur in his left thigh. He is currently on traction, which is going to last for four weeks and then he will be put in a hip spica cast for another few weeks!!! The entire process involves complete immobility for 8 weeks and then physiotherapy for another 3-6 weeks.
I would really appreciate advice from people who have gone through something similar, and/or from experts on the topic.

It's only been six days, but feels like a lifetime...
