I have a 18 month granddaughter thats not feeling well. She has a running nose, mucus, coughing, rattling chest, crankiness, lethargic

appetite. What should I do?

I think you should definitely take her to the doctor. The last time my 18 month old was sick, his dr recommended a half dose of Mucinex for children. It was the first time we had used it and it worked really well for us. He was cleared up pretty much within a few days!
