Hello dear community members,

I turn to you as I need some advice. My cousin is 154lbs and he's only 11yo. My whole family and I are extremely worried about this and think it is a great threat to his health. Except me, everybody else stopped fighting with my aunt and don't know what to do.

My aunt, is very protective and she does not consider him to be fat, maybe a little bit chubby. He does not get any exercise, he is over attached of his mom and he doesn't do anything alone. My aunt loves him very much and she does not anything bad to happen to him so he is not allowed to do anything that could hurt him, including a sport. When my uncle wanted to create a diet for my cousin, my aunt hid sweets in drawers.

I have no idea what to do, how to open her eyes. Any guidance, advice, idea is more than welcome.

Thanks in advance!
