    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

I have a 3 yr old son who has been feeling under weather laterly. He has been running fevers, coughing, really congested, and a running nose, during the nights for the last past couple of weeks now.I took him to see his doctor and they ran test and they couldnt find anything wrong. They did x-rays to see if it could be pneumonia and it wasn't. They checked for the flu and it wasn't that either. The doctor just gave his some cough syrup and a high dosage of ibuprofen. which i been giving to him for the last past week. Still nothing seems to change. I am very concerned about my sons health. I'm debating on just taking him to the ER at a childrens hospital to see if they can go a little more in debt with what could possibly be wrong. I just don't want it to be something harmful and I could have done something about it before it gets too out of hand. CAN'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE! Can someone pls tell me what the poblem could possibly be. Thanks!
