my almost 4 month old screams bloody murder when i leave him with family members. I feel bad, i dont want him to be a "mama's boy". Hes very independent with me. Sleeps on his own, trying to hold his own bottle ect. What can i do to make him feel more comfortable staying with family without me?

Maybe try having the family over to spend more time with him? I think this is fairly common, but it is good that you are trying to think of ways to solve the problem beyond coddling him.
