I'm thinking you're asking about the Tdap vaccine -- the adolescent and adult booster for Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis.

The current recommendation is for a single dose of this vaccine at age 11 or 12 (assuming that prior vaccines were up to date.)

If your children are behind, the schedule may be more complex to get them caught up.
