Kaiser Permanente diagnosed my now 3 year old boy with autism on April 1st but I just see much. The only potential signs now are the stranger danger but that is improving and that he will take 5 or 6 toys when we leave the house...he also takes toys into bed every night but would an autistic child allow me to help and carry the toys for him? He doent carry the toys all day but he takes them with him when we leave or go to bed. Or if he's excited he heard my car arrive from work he will scoop up his toys from the patio before he runs in the house to see me and not because he cares to be tidy but because the toys go with him when he transitions.....although he will just set the down town to watch tv, eat, do puzzles, or go play with his slide/swing. So much of the day the toys can just lie around.
