Do you limit TV time?

A recent study found that many teens are still spending 2 hours or more a day watching TV or using the computer (nearly 3/4 of 12-15 year olds surveyed) despite recommendations that time spent consuming entertainment media should be limited no more than 2 hours. You can read more about the study and findings here.

Do you have time limits for your children? I find it is sometimes hard to limit with all of the social media and different devices out there now. What strategies do you use? What activities do you recommend that don't involve some form of media use?
