The newest CPR guidelines stress simplicity-- anyone can do it, with minimal training. In fact, with no training at all, most people can still get CPR started, which can be a big help.

Even if you've already taken a CPR course, you'll want to familiarize yourself with the new approach. If you haven't taken the course, now would be a great time to sign up. Just watching the video on the link above is a start. Learn what to do, and you can save a life.
