Skin rash under the neck and private parts around the bums

please assist me on getting the good prescription for rash under the neck of my five year old daugher and around the private parts. What medication or paste i can use to cure that.

It is impossible to diagnose over the internet. There are many types of rash and causes.

You need to take your child to her doctor to find an answer. You may need to take her to a pediatric dermatologist if your doctor doesn't have an answer.
