Hope all works out. I would absolutely do the surgery for you pelvis & get your tubes tied while still in the hospital right after delivery if possibly, I know it sounds strange & like a lot, but it is a lot easier then having to back again & again. You get it all knocked out at once & then you're just done with it all. The healing isn't all that much harder(especially if you're having a c-section). My sis-in-law did it that way & it she found it to be so much easier & was happy with the results. She had a c-section though so since she was already open they just did it all at once right after they took the baby out. She was in the hospital for 2 extra days, but baby staid longer too & she was there longer because of delivery issues not the tube ties. ( double uteri or 2 uterus'). Anyway hope that helps.
