Not sleeping

I have a 10 month year old boy. Recently about a week ago was sick with a fever and stuff

Looks like he has recovered from that. He is also teething badly

During the day he does fine but during the nights is where the problem is

We cannot figure out what is going on. He plays well during the day. he naps well but at night time very difficult

Falls asleep around 11:30pm

wakes up around 1:30 hold him put him back to sleep

wakes up around 3:30 crying loudly pick him up put him back to sleep

wakes up around 5:30 crying loudly pick him up put him back to sleep

cannot figure out why he is crying and waking up during the night

Please Help
