Daycare Situation

I have a situation...

I am currently a daycare provider in my home. I am also enrolled in online schooling and am close to being done and have set my goal for the end of February to finish up completely! When should I tell the parents that I am no longer going to be doing daycare anymore? Currently, I have 2 families in my daycare. One family has a 2 year old and is expecting in May. The other family has a 2 and 3 year old. Daycare is hard to find in my town, especially for a baby.

My dillema is I do not want to tell them now, they get a new daycare and quit coming here, and if I by some chance do not get a job for 3 months... I have no income coming in!??

On the other hand, I feel guilty waiting until last minute to tell them and only give them 2 weeks to find a new daycare because I know if that was me, it would be difficult to find new daycare that fast.

What should I do??!???
