    9 month appointment

Barrett had his 9 month appointment today. They said his growth is right on track as well as his developmental milestones. It's been great seeing him sitting up on his own and playing with his toys. The doc said he may be walking and skip crawling altogether as she could hold his hands while he stood up. So...I'm glad I've been baby-proofing. I've been so worried about when he would crawl, I didn't even think about some babies skipping it altogether! Whenever he decides to crawl/walk will be fine with me. He went from flopping around like a noodle to sitting up like a pro in a matter of minutes a few weeks ago. It's amazing how fast things happen with babies! I went ahead and had them give my little guy the flu shot today. He goes back in 4 weeks for a second dose. I was told they do that for all first time flu shot patients. All in all a great day!
