Almost 13 year old son still is a bedwetter. HELP!!!

My son is almost 13, he has had very few dry nights in his life and the only time he was remotely dry was when he was on DDVAP, which cause aggression, major mood swings and him getting into lots of trouble at school. Per his Dr. we took him off and waited a few weeks. Then put him on it again with the same problem. Again, we have him off of the DDVAP. Still wetting, but no major problems like when he was on the medicine.
How can I help this VERY deep sleeper. And yes we cut out liquids, tried the alarms- didn't work, ran a sleep study to see if he had sleep apnea. Nothing. He is healthy, slightly taller than his classmates and weighs 150lbs. He is just starting puberty.
We have tried some of the "natural" remedies and those worked barely. Please someone HELP, He has gone to our local Children's hospital and a clinic with a pediatric urologist. I don't know where to turn from here.

Hi just wondering as this is a factor of my boy (12yrs), does your boy go poos properly. If my son is even slightly constipated or hasn't even gone for a poo once during a day he will wet that night. Good luck
