12 year old cuts everything up in sight
citykate posted:
My 12 year old (almost 13) son sits in front of his computer and cuts anything he finds in sight and cuts them up with scissors. He does create things as well, but some of the things he cuts is just to pass the time while watching something. I have found anything from cut up playing cards to cut up cans of soda, which I've spoken to him about the dangers of stepping on that, to cutting straws, anything! is this a sign of some possible issues brewing inside him?

I'm not trying to be sassy here, but what about if you removed ALL the scissors from the home?? What would happen?
