I am so excited the census offered an other (fill-in) for the race. I got to fill in my DD's race as bi-racial! I encourage all of you to fill out your census forms and take advantage of the new option!

I think it said to fill in as many as needed, so that's what I did...chose both black and white.

I wish they had that when I was growing up being bi- racial myself so I wouldn't have had such a hard time trying to figure out which box to check. But that great for my twins. I'm glad they finally did that. I wont change the world but it sure makes you feel more comfortable yourself.
