my 82 yr old mother diagnosed 8 years ado. She discussed with her doctor ending medications when futile. She has dimentia and has been existing ina nursing home for one year. After much fighting with her stubborn second husband, finally her wishes are being honored and she is off her parkinsons medications. Still on anti-depressants. What to expect now? Anyone who has chosen this path? Would greatly appreciate advice and/or experiences. Thanks, grateful daughter wanting peaceful dignified end for my mother.
