Is there any treatment for Parkinson's dysphagia ?

My uncle of 88 , with Parkinson's, is unable to swallow food anymore and is fed IV. Is there any medication which can help improve his swallowing abilities to be able to eat again oral ? Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
