Mark A Stacy, MD responded:
Hi, worn1
DM-1922 is a drug being studied by a California company, Depomed. There are no publications listed in the company website, and the ClinicalTrials.gov registry provides no data, other than the study title. There appears to have been 2 studies completed. A phase 1 trial in Russia showed promise, and lead to a Phase 2 safety trial in the US with 37 participants. The results are encouraging, but we will have to see if fewer daily doses can be achieved.
