    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,
    WebMD Message Boards Management

    I am a positive thinker!!

I just recently learned that I have PD. Now that I think about it, it started 13 years ago. I had small tremors in my right hand.

I also have epilepsy, diabetes and now PD. I am 70 years old. My epilepsy started when I was 6 years old. My health has escalated downwards to where I am at now.

I drink Chamomile tea to relax me during the day. I drink Sleepy Time Tea when it is time to relax for bedtime. I take one Melatonin pill to let me sleep. These are all natural at the Walmart store.

    My epilepsy meds help, too.

To keep my memory in better shape I read and do research on my Bible. It is what I love doing. I go for a 30 minute walk or aerobics everyday to keep my muscles in shape.

I have found that my diabetes diet helps with my epilepsy and PD. I always drink Cranberry juice everyday for my bladder.

I am glad to meet everyone here!!
