Hands bad enough, losing simple tasks, grip. Legs restless twichy achy hard to sleep tho raising or binding seems to help. Some old bells palsey type facial issues cropping up. Overall heavy feeling the most debilitating. Creeping up in the last two years but hitting critical mass. Need some good advice, resources.

keygirlus you really need to see your doctor. It could be any number of things. Shingles can attack the 7th nerve causing bell palsy,could be Parkinson's, possibel pinch nerve some where on vertebrae, Stroke. You could have more than one thing causing the symptoms.
