    Is it really Parkinsons?

My husband's been diagnosed w/PD however, his symptoms are the exact opposite of everything we read. He only tremors when trying to move, not at rest. And when he tries to walk, it's like the signal isn't getting to his legs. And out of nowhere, he starts walking backwards and cannot stop until he bumps into something. Any ideas from the PD community?

The symptoms of PD can vary wildly from patient to patient. How long has he been this way and what effect, if any, has the medication the doctor prescribed, if any, had on him?
