Parkinson & blood pressure

I have a relative that has Parkinson. Her blood pressure is running very high 225/114 After checking kidneys and adrenal glands everything is normal Why the pressure so high? Doctors have changed bp medications several times. Any ideas? Is this part of Parkinson disease?
