I have been treated for PD on dopiminergic drugs for nine years and developed a case of manic-depression. I am currently being treated for this condition with Dapakote (valporic acid) and clozipine. These drugs are not working as well as I would like. I was wondering if there is any reason I should not ask to have my medication for treating the manic-depression changed Lithium.
