Good Morning Haylen
When I was first diagnosed with Parkinsons I was told to stay off the treadmill.I did not listen and continue to use the treadmill. I found out before the diagnosis that even though I had problems walking with out falling or tripping if I used the treadmill--I used the bars on the sides to maintain balance--after 30 min I found it easier to walk. After I started taking the medication combined with the treadmill I move just as well as before parkinson. My next goal is running. I use to be in a runners group in Italy.
