Natural remedy for Parkinsons

For over 5000 years, the macuna bean (velvet bean) has been used as a remedy for Parkinsons. Synthetic dopamine as is given patients by mainstream physicians begins to become toxic after years of use. It appear that this is not true of dopamins from the macuna bean. However, mainstream physicians appear to be completely ignorant of this very promising natural remedy. As a Parkinson's patient I would very much like to be treated with natural remedies. However, it appears that if you want to use natural remedies, you must "do-it-yourself". This is not a very nice commentary of the state of medical practice in the United States..
