stomach grumbling & rumbling

My 12 yo Italian greyhound gets 1/4 Pepcid before each meal under direction of my vet. Periodically, despite this, she experiences bouts of severe stomach rumbling and gurgling that can be heard across the room and is not interested in eating. She also does a bow/stretch that leads me to believe she has a "bellyache". Would a simethicone capsule (or partial capsule) possibly be beneficial?

My 9 year old and 11 year old Italian greyhound have the same problem. It has been going on off and on since they were babies. I think it has to do with them being high strung and nervous all the time. I will never get this breed again because of this problem. I love them dearly but it is kind of ridiculous for them to be sick sll the time. I am trying to find some natural med that I can give them daily with their food to try to stop this. They switch off and on every week.....one of them always gets this.
