I'm sorry to hear your Min Pin is puffy. I wasn't clear if you meant his rear end was swollen or his paw. He could have an Anal Sac issue if it's around his anal area.

I would definitely recommend taking him in to see the vet to find out what's going on. It sounds like it's very painful.

Give us an update on Towser when you have a chance,

I took him to the vet and he had the surgery where they clean the spot or drained it and Towser took some medicine to prevent any infection. For the last two years, he has had to have this procedure.
