So I have this 2yr old cat. I got a new kitten and he doesn't seem to like him. What can I do to ease the transition for my cat, and what do I do when he tries to attack the new kitty?

Try leaving the new kitty inside a crate/carrier for the first couple of days, or in a separate room. Let your cat sniff around and get used to her scent before mixing them. It's been my experience that even if cats don't get along at first they will eventually get used to one another, but there are things you can do to make it easier. Let us know how it's going
