Vectra 3D reaction

Today is Sunday and on Friday I used Vectra 3D on my ShihTzu and by Friday evening (she, Liza) was crying in pain - the tip of her tail was very sensitive, she wanted to be held all the time, cried and wouldn't get off of her tail. On Sat. we took her to the vet and he gave her pain pills, which didn't seem to help. Today she has been very anxious, itching, twitching, sitting on her tail, rolling on the floor, wants to be held all the time, I feel so sorry for her, I did give her a bath this evening. Praying that she is better by morning and hope that we can keep others from going through this.

Forgot to tell you that it was Sat. evening when I finally remembered that I had given her the Vectra 3D.

I will be taking Liza and Vectra to my vet in the morning and rest assured that I will call and report that we have had a reaction and hope that Liza will recover and have no lasting side effects. I will never use Vectraa 3D again.

My pugzu did similar! 12 hrs after dosage he was in a "state" of what I thought to be temporary paralysis! After a day of not eating, drinking or moving without having an "episode" and a high fever I called my vet because I knew it was the medication! He told me it was insecticide poisoning and called me in a prescription for 5mg prednisone and to give him 1 2x a day with a 1/2 Benadryl for 2 days! They carry but don't use/sell this product because of these similar reviews to the product! I called the company and their vet assured me this isn't common but i've seen thru other reviews that it is and I will not use this product again! My vet told me to watch for developing seizures or dehydration in which he would need atropine and an iv but 48 hours after the treatment and 36 hrs after the symptoms occurred with the Benadryl and prednisone he is finally able to eat, drink and use the bathroom without being in absolute torment! His episodes are still occurring but not as often or as severe.
