    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

Could I be Allergic to Triflexis???
    lzwhizard posted:
Started my dogs on Triflexis approx 1 month ago. We're very close -- they sleep with me and the little male rides on my shoulders in the car. Have been experiencing a sliglthly raised rash, angry red in color in areas where I've had contact with dogs. Have washed everything -- several times -- bleach and very hot water. Unrelieved by Benadryl. This is the only new exposure I can come up with. Anybody out there know the potential for human exposure to this drug??? I need help! Thanks!
    Bernadine Cruz, DVM responded:
I have been prescribing Trifexis since it was released on the market and have not any of my clients report such a reaction. I would recommend that you make an appointment to see your own doctor and call the Elanco customer support line at 1-888-545-5973. Please do not ignore this issue.
