My 13 week old puppy bit into our bottle of petitch spray and may have consumed some. She's not showing any ill effects, but wondering whether or not we should get her checked out

The warnings on the bottle do say to seek medical attention or contact the Poison Control Center if swallowed. At the very least, contact your emergency vet for more info and keep them up to date on any changes in your pup. If she seems to feel any ill effects, it would be best to head in to the nearest open vet to be on the safe side. Inducing vomiting this late won't do anything as it was possibly already absorbed.
