Gurgling Noises From My Dog

I have a 4 year old male black lab. For the past 3-4 days, Duke has had diarrhea and not been eating or drinking well. I noticed his stomach making a strange gurgling noise this morning. Other than needing to go outside more often to relieve his diarrhea and asking for more attention, he acts normally, asking to go outside, and running around and playing. My husband seems to think he could have bloat, but I am not so sure. He eats Limited Ingredient Diets dog food by Natural Balance (lamb & brown rice formula)
Any insight into what is going on or what I should do to help him feel better would be much appreciated! I am worried sick about my fur-baby!
