My Dog Has It

My dog was diagnosed on 6/29/2012 with it after he collapsed in front of me. Turned out he had a 13cm tumor that grew on his spleen that ruptured. We had it removed, and no metastasis were discovered from biopsies and other work done. He is on CCNU chemo now and is doing great (it seems). There seems to be little info or stories on this cancer out there for dogs.

I am also supplementing the treatment with a no-carb diet, supplements (like mod. fruit pectin, mushrooms, K9 Immunity lineup, Apocaps, and some other stuff), and a lot of love. So far so good with him. He is almost 15 and has a lot of life left in him.

I hope your pup is doing fine. Anyone else have experience out there?
