I have a 9 month old chow/golden mix that doesn't know how to listen. He listens most of the time when I have a treat or toy, other than that, he does what HE wants to do. I have repeatedly showed him I'm the boss and he doesn't seem to understand that. He knows his name, but won't come. He constantly bites the leash when we walk and always tugs on it. He's a piece of work. Will someone give me some advice for these problems?
