Hello!

I need your help. My dog is having issues and I am not sure what is going on. He is sticking his tongue out repeatedly, throwing up, secluding himself, and when touching his neck he yelps. he is also skiddish and cannot get himself comfortable. He is currently laying in the corner of our living room looking away from us.

He does normally wear a bark collar.

What could this be?
