That's one of the "holy grails" of medicine. Unfortunately, there are currently no blood tests in veterinary or human medicine that definitively diagnose cancer. There are "marker" tests, such as a PSA test for prostate cancer in people, but this just alerts your doctor to look for prostate cancer. It does not tell him whether you actually have it or not. One day, these tests will likely become available, but not yet.
