My dog has been having problems his stomach keeps making a weird gargling sound and he throws up but the thing is its only in the morning n the night before he will be fine every morning from 3:00am - 4:20am he is doing this he is 5months old n I'm scared it might be something bad can anyone help me I want to get an idea of the situation n what he does it he will throw up then lick it up before I can even get to him then he goes back to sleep n his stomach starts to gargle like if someone listened to your stomach and the gargling that u would here in your stomach I'm hearing in my dog during the day he is outside to get some sunlight and I dont know if he just ate something in edible or something is actually wrong he has breakfast and dinner he eats absolutely all his breakfast every morning but only Half his dinner I don't know is it just because he is still full from his breakfast or what then water he drinks a lot of that everyday he hasn't slowed down on that at all n he drinks it a lot someone please help me!!!!!!!!!
