Nursing pups

My latest foster Dane has 9 pups nearly 4 weeks old and they are scratching her pretty bad when they nurse. She is really starting to pull away from them. Even though they have begun to eat softened food, I'd like for them to nurse for another 2 weeks. Is there anything I can do to help the situation or should I treat her scratches?
